Job Description
GStones International Properties is hiring experienced Call Center Representatives (CSR) and Self Verification Agents for our USA-based Call Center.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 100,00
Location: Onsite (Islamabad)
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for self-verification and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
- Meet performance targets and adhere to punctuality.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in call center operations (1 year required).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
