Job Description
Join Crumble Pakistan as an HR Officer! In this role, you will analyze job functions, assess training needs, and develop role-specific training programs. You will conduct training sessions, assist with new hire onboarding, and support various HR processes, including recruitment and employee relations.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in Training & Development or HR operations, and strong skills in HRMS and Microsoft Office.
