Job Description
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists (CSRs) to be the voice of our brand. You’ll address customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure satisfaction. Candidates with prior UK-based experience and a background in the Homeware industry are preferred.
Key requirements include exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency in relevant tech tools.
Join us for a full-time position with competitive pay starting from Rs55,00.00 per month. Work hours are 1 PM to 9:45 PM at Plaza No 1, Second Floor Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4.
