Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Assistant at Abacus Consulting, located in Islamabad. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to grow in the IT field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service requests through the client’s call ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software for end users.
- Support IT tasks as directed by the team leader.
- Install and configure network printers.
- Provide general desktop support and coordinate project activities.
- Analyze and resolve reliability and performance issues.
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences (Preferred)
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs37,00.00 per month
