Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies
- Salary: Rs. 45,00 with incentives up to Rs. 15,00

Shift Details:
- Male: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night)
