Job Description
Apex Medical Billing is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our medical billing project, interacting with clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding medical billing services.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Available during US business hours (7 PM to 4 AM).
- Previous experience in Healthcare or Billing.
- Basic technical proficiency and strong problem-solving skills.
