Joyland Rawalpindi is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of “HR Executive.” The HR Executive will manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves accurate payroll processing and managing employee attendance using TimeTrax software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate payroll administration.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits practices.
- Utilization of TimeTrax for attendance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA-HR or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in payroll and benefits management.
- Expertise in HRM software (TimeTrax).
