Job Description
ezBike is a leading provider of electric bike solutions, dedicated to enhancing urban mobility and sustainability. We are currently seeking a motivated Live Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our electric bike fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor GPS tracker functionality on electric bikes.
- Oversee battery swapping stations.
- Provide after-sales support to corporate clients.
- Prepare reports on operational metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
- Experience in operations or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills.
