- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses
- Coordinating with vendors on overdue payments
- Managing technical staff payments and attendance
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills to corporate clients
- Tracking organizational expenses
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Commerce
- Minimum 1-year experience as Accounts Officer
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced math skills with attention to detail
