Are you an experienced Dialer Support Engineer with expertise in Vicidial, Asterisk, and GoAuto Dial? Contactivity is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and ensure seamless dialer operations and exceptional support for our clients.
Responsibilities: Provide technical support, monitor dialer performance, implement systems, optimize functionality, maintain documentation, and train end-users.
Requirements: Proven experience, strong knowledge of VoIP protocols, familiarity with Linux/MySQL, problem-solving skills, and strong communication.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
