Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Support Representative to join our team at JOBS IN LAHORE, PUNJAB. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and general support requests related to Xfinity services.

Your responsibilities will include resolving billing discrepancies, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers about available products and promotions.

Availability for night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM) is required. Pick & Drop service is available, and weekends are off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
