Job Description
Interwood Mobel Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding payments from our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve payment disputes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely payment collection.
- Proactively communicate with clients for prompt payments.
- Resolve payment disputes professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and submit recovery progress reports.
- Generate invoices that comply with company policies.
