Job Description

Confinality is seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver tailored solutions and support. This role demands strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools to track and report on customer success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and understand their needs.
• Create and analyze dashboards to track success metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance.
• 1-2 years of customer handling experience.
• CGPA above 3.3; experience with Power BI preferred.
