Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Jr. Town Planner to assist in the development of housing and commercial projects at Din Properties (Pvt) Ltd. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the layout/master plan creation for new developments.
- Communicating with government departments for approvals.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
- Overseeing design compliance with relevant regulations.
- Preparing creative and cost-effective building plans.
- Reviewing submitted plans for compliance with building codes.
- Conducting regular site visits for quality assurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
