Job Description
Join IHCL as an Assistant Sales Manager! As part of our Sales Department team, you will handle both reactive and proactive sales accounts, catering sales, business travel sales, and destination sales.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Achieving revenue goals and ensuring guest and associate satisfaction.
- Participating in team meetings to synchronize efforts toward targets.
- Coordinating with the Director of Finance and submitting RFPs as guided.
- Analyzing competition to set effective pricing strategies.
- Planning Sales Blitz and reviewing reports from feeder cities.
Ideal candidates will possess strong market evaluation skills and foster partnerships to enhance brand awareness.
