Job Description
Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
We are seeking a Scrum Master to work with product management, owners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment for agile teams. Responsibilities include facilitating agile team execution, organizing daily stand-up meetings, iteration planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while promoting continuous improvement.
Primary Skills (Must Have):
- 4-7 years as a Scrum Master, preferably within the Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience managing multiple agile teams
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Certifications in the Scaled Agile Framework are preferred
