Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Executive to join our team at Leopards Courier Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debt from customers through proactive engagement.
Key responsibilities include reviewing accounts, contacting overdue customers, addressing inquiries, and offering payment arrangements to prevent delays. Additionally, you will meet monthly targets, log recovery data, and collaborate with sales and operations to resolve customer queries.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Skills: Excellent Communication, Recovery, MS Excel
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Communication, MS Office, and Recovery
