Job Description
Join our dynamic internal team at Gerry’s Visa as an IT Executive, where you will handle support requests for various products across multiple businesses. Your responsibilities will include managing desktop, networking, printers, and providing technical services in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 2nd line support tickets.
- Troubleshoot and configure client computer systems.
- Support Windows environments and MS Office applications.
