Job Description

AEDesign Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Financial Records
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Reconcile bank statements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasts
• Support audits with necessary documentation
• Monitor expenses for cost-effective resource use

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of accounting/finance experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

Job Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon -Fri)

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
