Business Connect is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Management Manager with a strong background in HR agency operations. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition or HR management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field; MBA preferred.
