Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is seeking experienced cab dispatchers with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cab services efficiently, monitoring driver schedules, and managing communications with both drivers and customers.
Key Responsibilities include ensuring timely pick-ups, maintaining accurate records of cab operations, and handling customer inquiries professionally. Applicants should possess expertise in GPS systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Plot No. 206, East Service Road, I 10 / 3, Islamabad.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs250.00 – Rs300.00 per hour
