Job Description

A leading Telecom Company is seeking a Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our team. The CPA will be responsible for:

• Phone line installation and troubleshooting
• Internet cable installation and troubleshooting
• TV fiber cable installation and troubleshooting
• Resolving customer complaints

Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Education: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT (3-year diploma) or BS in Electrical
• Salary: Rs32,00/month (fixed, no fuel allowance)
• Must have a bike
• Driving license required
