Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated AM Procurement & Tendering to join our team at HR Innovista. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenders, procurement processes, and production planning, ensuring compliance with DISCO requirements.
Key responsibilities include checking daily tenders, submitting proposals post CEO approval, negotiating with vendors, managing procurement to prevent production losses, and conducting quality checks on materials. Proficiency in SAP B1 and Excel is essential, along with strong vendor sourcing, communication, coordination, and planning skills.
Qualifications include a BBA or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, tender management, or production coordination.
