Job Description
Amigos BPO is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for an on-site position. The working hours are from 7 PM to 4 AM. Ideal candidates should reside in Bahria Town, DHA, or nearby areas.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Generate quality leads for our medical billing vertical.
- Ensure a professional and satisfying customer experience.
- Communicate fluently in English, preferably with an American accent.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
