Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, overseeing budget management, conducting training, and addressing employee concerns.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields, 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in call centers), strong leadership and communication skills in English and Urdu. Night shift availability is a must.
