Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs focused on skill enhancement and product knowledge.
- Evaluate team performance and create personalized development plans.
- Lead channel training initiatives to align with company objectives.
- Organize and execute marketing events in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing support to team members.
- Document training programs and generate reports on effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of training experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs130,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
