Job Description
HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Shift Manager for our client in the textile industry located in Lahore, Pakistan. The position offers a competitive salary of 100,00 PKR per month.
Job Role: The Shift Manager will oversee production planning, technical supervision, machinery maintenance, and worker management while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing machine efficiency.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry is required, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
