Job Description
Aesom Private Limited, based in Oman, is seeking a Proposal + Planning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry. In this role, you will develop and manage project plans while liaising with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
Responsibilities:
- Pre & Post-Bid Project Management Services
- Preparation of Material Take-offs
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination
- Preparation of Rate Comparisons
- Preparation of Purchase Orders
- Preparation of RFI and Submittal Logs
- Preparation of Contractual Documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Electrical)
- Effective Communication Skills
- Experience with MS Project and Primavera P6
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Location: Oman
