Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting as a Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you will interact with customers to provide and process information about our products and services. Build strong relationships with customers and enhance our service competitiveness while ensuring a positive experience that leads to high Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
We seek individuals with a collaborative mindset and a strong focus on customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral or American accent, are essential.
Salary ranges from Rs60,00.00 to Rs75,00.00 per month, with working hours aligned to US/UK timings (5 days a week). Expected start date: 28/10/2024.
