Job Description
A leading telecommunication company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking qualified candidates for Technical Support Services.
Education: DAE in Electrical, Telecom, or IT is required. A bike is mandatory.
Salary: Rs32,00 per month.
Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor power, hardware, and environmental alarms.
- Coordinate with field staff for task execution.
- Manage ticket monitoring and closure.
- Conduct cable cut analysis.
- Generate reports on power and cable issues.
Requirements: CCNA/CCNP certification is an advantage. Fresh diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
