Job Description
Location: Crossnotch Pvt, 4th Floor, Rania Mall, Saddar, Rawalpindi
Position: Medicare Campaign Verifiers
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00 + Incentives
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Verify Medicare information.
- Make confirmation calls.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- BPO or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in MS Office.
