Job Description
At Always Chat Pvt LTD, we are seeking a Dynamic, Passionate, and Energetic Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and be experienced in administrative and secretarial support tasks. This role requires independence with minimal supervision, superb organization, and flexibility to handle the diverse challenges of a busy office.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the executive’s agenda and planning appointments.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Screening phone calls and managing correspondence.
- Arranging travel for executives.
- Handling confidential documents securely.
