Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at PanaceaLogics. In this role, you will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment by sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Assist with performance management and appraisals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR roles preferred.
