Job Description

Reports to: Team Lead
Scope: This position ensures that responsibilities are clearly understood and adhered to by the group of executives in the designated area. Only female candidates are required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales planning.
- Provide information on promotions.
- Implement Storm Fiber SOPs.
- Enhance customer service.
- Explore new house passes.
- Conduct tele-sales.
- Maintain productivity standards.
