Job Description
ISMMART Estates and Builders Pakistan is seeking a Managing Director to spearhead our real estate division. This leadership role involves overseeing all real estate and construction projects to ensure they are executed on time, compliant with local regulations, and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of real estate projects.
- Develop growth strategies for market expansion.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Manage relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business or Real Estate Management.
- 10+ years in senior real estate leadership.
Pay: Rs500,00.00 – Rs600,00.00 per month
