Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening in our customer service team at Aroma Flowers, located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad, Pakistan.

As an Evening Customer Support Officer, you’ll provide front-line support for our clients’ customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and empathetically.

Key responsibilities include managing messages, identifying customer needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining records. Strong English skills and a Graduation Degree are required.
