Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a motivated Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will proactively manage the delivery and performance of your team while ensuring efficiency within agreed service levels and business targets.
Your responsibilities will include managing business processes, resolving escalated enquiries, conducting return-to-work interviews, and providing coaching to team members through call monitoring. You will also be responsible for staff appraisals, training, development plans, and maintaining team retention levels.
This is a full-time contract position for 11 months with a monthly salary between Rs 60,00.00 and Rs 70,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
