Job Description
Paklogics, a leading information technology company based in Faisalabad, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Job Timings: 4 PM – 11 PM.
Key Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, developing engagement programs, administering compensation, and maintaining HR records.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of HR management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of labor laws.
