Job Description
Grand City Developing Pakistan is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all matters related to Green Palm customers, including daily and monthly collections. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards while resolving customer complaints effectively. Your responsibilities also include managing file issuance and transfer processes, as well as preparing and presenting daily and monthly reports to senior management. Additionally, you will lead and guide the Customer Service Department staff to maintain high standards of customer care.
