Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to enhance our team. The ideal candidates should possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English language skills, and a willingness to work night shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales calls with potential customers.
- Engage customers through meaningful conversation.
- Document customer information and feedback.
- Provide excellent service and answer inquiries.
- Meet sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience (freshers welcome), excellent English skills, and night shift availability.
