Job Description
TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Production for our facility in Sialkot. The ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years of proven experience in the surgical industry.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in production within the surgical industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to oversee daily operations, ensuring production efficiency and quality.
- Expertise in managing teams, meeting production deadlines, and maintaining production standards.
Note: Only candidates from the surgical industry will be considered. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs85,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
