Job Description
Callify is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Officer to join our team at Giga Mall. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude and respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels. Responsibilities include processing orders and providing feedback on customer service efficiency.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month along with incentives and medical insurance. Fluency in English and customer support experience are required.
Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Reliable commuting to Islamabad is preferred.
