If you have a strong engineering background with expertise in mobile financial solutions, cloud deployments, and BSS systems, this role is perfect for you.
You will lead technical discussions, act as the main point of contact for customers, and design solutions to drive business value. A BSCS/BSIT or equivalent, experience in technical writing and customer support, and knowledge of Agile, APIs, virtualization, and SaaS are required. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
