Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Teller to join our team at Dollar East Exchange Company Pvt. Ltd. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers at the counter.
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Negotiating competitive currency exchange rates.
- Collecting and verifying transaction information.
- Facilitating currency sales/purchases after confirming rates.
- Identifying counterfeit or outdated currency notes.
- Preparing remittance payment/receipt vouchers.
- Handling currency transactions with precision.
Qualifications: Intermediate education required; experience of 6 months to 1 year preferred, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
