Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handling and responding to customer calls.
- Providing online support regarding services.
- Verifying billing addresses.
- Following up with the Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets.
- Keeping records of faults for respective regions.
- Executing special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Intermediate; 1-year call center experience in UK-based campaigns preferred.
Location: Lahore
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 per month, with up to Rs15,00 in incentives.
