Job Description

Reports to: Business Development Manager/Head of Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with operations teams for service delivery and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of business development experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Location: Back Office Solutions, Bahria Town, Rwp
Salary: Up to Rs 80,00/- + Commission
Working Days: Mon-Fri, 8 PM to 4 AM
