Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist. The primary responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound call systems
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
- Engaging in customer service sales
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate (Required)
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Fluent in English
- Salary: Rs 37,00 to Rs 45,00 (includes incentives up to Rs 15,00)

- Shifts: Rotational for males; mornings only for females
- Work from home option post-probation
