Job Description
In this role, you will analyze job functions, assess training needs, and develop role-specific training programs. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, supporting onboarding for new hires, and assisting with HR operational tasks such as recruitment and employee relations.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with 8 months to 1.5 years of experience in Training & Development or HR operations. Proficiency in HRMS, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, requiring weekly travel to Islamabad/Rawalpindi branches.
