Job Description
Quik Accountants is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks, Sage 50, or Peachtree. As an Accounting Associate, you will manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, payroll, and expense tracking. Your role is vital in ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations while supporting our accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, with at least one year of accounting software experience. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines is essential.
