Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelors in Civil Engineering

Project Planning:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Analyze resource availability and allocation to optimize project timelines and efficiency.
• Identify and address potential resource conflicts.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
• Ensure all planning activities adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct reviews of project plans and schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify areas for process improvement in project planning and execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in project management tools and techniques.

RFP Preparation and Management:

• Lead the development and preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, ensuring clarity and compliance with client requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to gather necessary information for RFP content.
• Create comprehensive RFP packages that include project scopes, timelines, pricing structures, and evaluation criteria.

Proposal Evaluation:

• Develop criteria for assessing proposals received in response to RFPs.
• Coordinate proposal evaluation meetings, facilitating discussions and compiling feedback from stakeholders.

Communication with Stakeholders:

• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to RFPs, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the RFP process to ensure transparency and collaboration.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all RFPs adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Review and edit RFP documents for clarity, consistency, and professionalism before submission.

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather feedback from stakeholders on the RFP process and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RFP preparation to enhance the effectiveness of future proposals.
